Video Conferencing Equipment

Our video conferencing equipment makes it easier to share presentations, documents, video and multimedia.

• An ELMO document camera is video conferencing equipment that captures any document or exhibit for viewing by all meeting participants.
• A ProScan Converter is a piece of video conferencing equipment that easily scans computer files from PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and converts it to be viewed by all participating during the video conference.
• A VCR records all that is displayed during the conference.

Scanned exhibits can be preloaded into the video conferencing computer to be viewed by all conference participants at the touch of a button.
